During the Miami, FL to Chicago, IL flight on May 12th , United Airlines held a surprise in-flight fashion show just moments after the pilot announced that they’ve reached their cruising altitude of 32,000 ft.
During the flight, flight attendants and passengers in on the ruse walked down the “runway” to Ludacris’s hit song “Slap” on repeat for the 20-minute long show.
The fashion show surprised the full flight of 186 passengers and many took photos and videos of the spectacle.
“Our crew is always thinking of new ways to entertain our passengers and we love doing new things to keep passengers coming back,” said Rod Stevens, Vice President Inflight Services. “We get a lot of creative ideas from our crew. Actually, we considered doing a drag show but we thought we’d save that for another day.”
